PM Internship Scheme 2024-25 [Apply Now]: The Central Government of India has officially launched the PM Internship Scheme 2024-25 on October 12th, 2024 (5:00PM).

Under PM Internship Scheme, eligible youths (aged 21-24 years) can register to get one year (12 months ) internship program in top 500 Companies across India with stipend of ₹5000/Month along with one-time Grant of ₹6000 for incidentals Insurance coverage for every intern under Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana and Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana by Government of India.

Interested and Eligible Candidates can register on the official Portal at the PM internship scheme from October 12, 2024 (5:00PM IST) Onwards.

Eligibility Criteria For PM Internship Scheme

Interested & eligible candidate can check the eligibility criteria as follows:

Age Criteria:

• Applicants must be between 21-24 years of age

Educational Criteria:

• Applicant should have passed High School, Higher Secondary School, possess a certificate from an ITI, hold a diploma from a Polytechnic Institute, or are graduates with degrees such as BA, B.Sc, B.Com, BCA, BBA, B.Pharma, etc.

Other Criteria:

• The candidate should be an Indian nationalist and should not be employed full-time and should not be engaged in full-time education. Candidates enrolled in online/ distance learning program are eligible to apply.
• No Family member (Self/Spouse/Parents) is earning more the ₹8 Lakh/annum.
• No Family Member (Self/Spouse/Parents) has a Govt Job.

Steps to Register for PM Internship Scheme 2024-25/ How to apply for PM Internship Scheme?

Applicants can follow these simple step to register for the PM Internship Scheme as Follows:

Step1- Visit the Official Portal: Candidate needs to visit the official PM internship Portal.

Step2- Navigate & Click On Youth Registration: Applicants need to navigate & click on the “Youth Registration” option.

Step3- Enter Your Aadhaar Linked Mobile number: Applicants needs to enter your Aadhaar Linked Mobile Number, check the declaration box and click on submit option.

Step4 – Verify The OTP: After that, candidate needs to verify the OTP as shown in below image-

Step5- Agree To User Consent: Now please check the box of user consent and click on the “Agree” button as shown in below image-

Step6- Update Password for PM Internship Account: Applicants needs to enter current password from mobile. Now please create a new password for your account and re-enter password. After that click on the “Submit” button.

Step7- Perform e-KYC: Now click on the “Proceed with Meri Pehchaan” option as shown in below image-

Step8- Link Digi Locker Account with PM internship Scheme Account: Now please link your DigiLocker Account with PM internship account as shown in below image-

Step9- Verify the OTP Again: Now you will get an OTP on your Mobile Number. Please verify the the OTP and click on the “Continue” button as shown below image-

Step10- Enter your DigiLocker Pin: After that, please enter your DigiLocker 6 digit PIN number and click on “Continue” option as shown in below image-

Step11- Allow Permission For DigiLocker App: Now you can share the details of your DigiLocker account with PM internship Scheme Account please click on “Allow” option as shown in below image-

Step12- Enter Personal Information & Address information: Now Applicants needs to enter personal details and Address details and click on “Save & Next” option as shown in the below image-

Step13- Enter Candidate Contact Details: Candidate needs to enter alternate mobile number and email id. Verify the OTP (You will get the OTP on Email ID)After that click on “Save & Next” option as shown in below image-

Step14- Add Educational Qualification and Upload Related Documents: After that, candidate needs to enter their educational qualification from dropdown menu. After that please upload the related documents. Once done, please click on “Save & Next” button as shown below image-

Step15- Verify that You have Aadhaar Seeded Bank Account: Candidate needs to verify that they have Aadhaar seeded Bank account. Candidate must have Aadhaar Seeded Bank account (to get the monthly stipend).

Step16- Add Skills & Languages: Now Candidate needs to add skills, certification details (if any) and language details. After that, click on “Complete profile” button. You can also download the Resume by clicking on “Download Resume” button.
