With the CM Fellowship program, The state Govt of UP is providing full-time employment to the selected candidates, which will be part of the making, implementation, and management of the various Govt policies.

The state Govt will Provide full-time employment with salary to all the selected candidates within this program. Also, Govt will adapt the new ideas of selected candidates with technology innovation to form a new Govt policy making, implementation, and management.

Eligibility for CM-fellowship Program

For selection in the program, applicants will have to apply online on the official website of the planning department of the UP government. The eligibility of the candidate should be as follows:

• Applicant graduation aggregate percentile should be  ≥  60 %
• The applicant Should be proficient in speaking and writing Hindi (Devanagari script).
• Relevant work experience in any of the areas listed in the application (publishing articles/policy papers/research papers/appraisal/monitoring of projects and schemes etc. in the thematic areas related to fellowship) Evidence has to be provided.
• Applicant should have excellent computer skills and the ability to work on Information and Communication Technology applications and also communication skills. Preference may be given to applicants having experience in data analysis.
• It is mandatory for the applicant to be willing to work in the fieldwork.

The maximum age of the candidate should not exceed 40 years as of the last date of receipt of applications.

• Next, you will get the home page of the CM Fellowship Program then, scroll down and read “Guidelines” Carefully, tick “I have read all Terms & Conditions of CM Fellowship Programme 2022-23” and last click on the “Proceed” button.
• On the next webpage You will see the Application form then, fill in the required personal details, and upload photo, and certificates.

• Next, you should click on the Final “Submit” button after filling up all the information. You will not be able to do any changes after clicking on the Final Submit button.
• You should ensure to click on the Final Submit button. Otherwise, the Application will be canceled.
• After final submission, you will get a new page with a success message with the Application Number and you also get a login password on your mobile number.
• Next, you need to do Candidate login using the Application Number and password for filling out the complete Form.
• After candidate login, you will get a new Form where personal details are already filled and you need to fill in Academic, Occupational, and Other Details carefully.
• After filling in all the details you need to submit it by clicking on the “Submit” Button. After submitting you will get a success message and you need to print this form for future use.
