Now Government of India is providing refund through the CRCS Sahara Refund Portal 2024. The Govt of India has started a new CRCS Sahara Refund Portal to provide refund to all the investors of Sahara company, who lost their money in the Sahara scam.

Common people lost their hard earn money in the Sahara Chit Fund Scam . Government of India now accepting refund application up to ₹ 5,00,000 through the official Portal. Refund application for amount more than ₹ 5,00,000 will be available later on the official Portal.

Eligibility Criteria

• The genuine and legitimate Depositors of following four Sahara Societies are eligible for refund through the CRCS Sahara Refund Portal:
• a. Humara India Credit Cooperative Society Limited, Kolkata.
• b. Sahara Credit Cooperative Society Limited, Lucknow.
• c. Saharayan Universal Multipurpose Society Limited, Bhopal.
• d. Stars Multipurpose Cooperative Society Limited, Hyderabad.
• The Depositors must have made deposits & have outstanding dues receivable before the following dates, for filing a claim request: 22nd March 2022 for:
• e. Humara India Credit Cooperative Society Limited, Kolkata.
• f. Sahara Credit Cooperative Society Limited, Lucknow.
• g. Saharayan Universal Multipurpose Society Limited, Bhopal.
• The Depositors must have made deposits & have outstanding dues receivable before the following dates, for filing a claim request: 29th March 2023 for:
• e. Stars Multipurpose Cooperative Society Limited, Hyderabad.

CRCS Sahara Refund Portal Apply Online

• Step1: First, you need to visit the official Portal at https://mocrefund.crcs.gov.in/depositor/#/home.
• After that, click on the “Depositor  Registration” option.

• Once done, a registration page will open.

• Now , enter your “Aadhaar number last 4 digits,” “Aadhaar linked Mobile number” & verify the captcha code.
• Once done, Click on “Get OTP” option.
• Now you will get OTP on your mobile number verify the OTP and click on “Verify OTP” button.

• Once done, new page “UIDAI Declaration” will Open on the screen.
• Step 2: Now “Check” term & condition option and click “I agree” button.

• Once done, click on “Next” button.
• By doing so, a new “Personal Details” page will open.
• Step 3: Now, enter your “Aadhaar Number(12 digit)” and click on “Get OTP”
• Verify the OTP And click on Next button.

• Step 4: Now enter your personal details, Aadhaar seeded bank details etc and click on the “Get Bank Name” button.

• Once done, a new page “Claim Details” will open.
• Step5: Fill out all the details accurately & upload the required documents.

• Once done, Click on the “Add Claim” button.
• By doing so “Claim Details Grid” will appear on the scree.

• After that, click on next button.
• By doing so , a new page section “Generate Claim Request Form “will open.
• Step6: Now, click on the “Generate Claim Request Form” button.

• Once done, a “Claim Request Form” will appear on the screen.
• Now, click on “Download Form” option. The form will be downloaded.

• Step7: Now, you need to affix your photograph and signature in the application form in the required places.

• Once done, enter your “PAN” number & Upload the documents at the official Portal.

• Once done, a pop-up will appear on the screen. if you think all the details you are submitted are accurate then click on “OK Proceed” button. In case of inaccuracy, you can click on “No cancel” option. And fix the inaccurate details and redo the process.

• Once done, click on “Next” button.
• By doing so, a new page “CRCS Sahara Refund application form receipt with claim request number” will appear on the screen. Please note down the “Claim request Number” for future refrences.

• By doing so, you can register & file claim at the CRCS Sahara Refund Portal.

• Step1: First, you need to visit the official Portal at https://mocrefund.crcs.gov.in/depositor/#/home.
• Step2: After that, click on the “Depositor Log in” option.
• Once Done, Login Page will appear on screen.

• Step3: Now , enter your “Aadhaar number last 4 digits,” “Aadhaar linked Mobile number” & verify the captcha code.
• Step4: Once done, Click on “Get OTP” option.
• Now you will get OTP on your mobile number verify the OTP and click on “Verify OTP” button.
• Once done, click “login” button.

If you want to check refund status at official Portal then follow the below process-

• Step1: First, you need to visit the official Portal at https://mocrefund.crcs.gov.in/depositor/#/home.
• Step2: After that, click on the “Depositor Log in” option.
  Once Done, Login Page will appear on screen.

• Step 3: Now , enter your “Aadhaar number last 4 digits,” “Aadhaar linked Mobile number” & verify the captcha code.
• Step 4: Once done, Click on “Get OTP” option.
  Now you will get OTP on your mobile number verify the OTP and click on “Verify OTP” button.
  Once done, click “login” button.
• step 5: Once done, dashboard will open like below.

• Now, you you can see your refund application status under “status” column.
• There are Four type of application status will shown as:
• Status -” Under Processing” : After login if your claim has not completed 45 days or if claim is mark for payment then claim status will show as “Under Processing”.

• Status – “Payment Succeeded” :After login if your claim payment has been made then claim status will show as “Payment-Succeeded”

• Status – “Deficiency communicated” : After login if your claim is rejected due to some deficiency then claim status will show as “Deficiency communicated” and you will be able to see the Deficiency message.

• Status – “Payment-Failed” : After login if your claim payment is failed due to some failure reasons then claim status will show as “Payment-Failed”.
