e Dharti Apna Khata digital land records Portal is launched by the state government of Rajasthan, from which citizens can avail of various services like view or get a copy of Jamabandi Nakal, Bhulekh naksha, check the status of the transfer, apply for transfer, etc.
Under the Digital India Land Records Modernization Programme (DILRMP), GOI is working on the digitalization of Land records, Land rights Records all over India. With the e Dharti Apna Khata Portal, the State government of Rajasthan is providing digital land records and land rights records to the citizens.
Revenue Officer Login For the license Process at Apna Khata e Dharti Rajasthan Portal
If you want to login as a Revenue officer at the official Portal, please follow the below process-
- First, you have to visit the official Portal.
- You have to find the “Revenue Officer Login(for Licence)” or “राजस्व अधिकारी लॉगिन (लाइसेंस के लिए)” option on the main navigation.
- Next, click on the “Revenue Officer Login(for Licence)” or “राजस्व अधिकारी लॉगिन (लाइसेंस के लिए).”
- By doing so, you will be redirected to the login page.
- Next, enter your valid “User Id” and “Password.”
- After that, verify the captcha code.
- Once done, click on the “Login” button.
- By doing so, you can log in as a revenue officer for a license at the Apna Khata Rajasthan Portal.
How to apply online for your account transfer(नामांतरण के लिये ऑनलाइन आवेदन)?
If you want to apply online for the transfer, follow the below process-
- First, you have to visit the official website of Rajasthan.
- You have to find the “Apply for transfer” or “नामांतरण के लिये ऑनलाइन आवेदन” option on the main navigation.
- Next, click on the “Apply for transfer” or “नामांतरण के लिये ऑनलाइन आवेदन” option.
- By doing so, you will be redirected to the new page.
- Now, you have to enter your personal details like “Name,” “Father’s Name,” “Mobile Number,” and “email id.”
- After that, You have to select the “District,” “Tehsil,” and “village” from the drop-down list.
- Next, you have to select “which type of application for transfer” from the drop-down menu.
- Once done, the required document list for the transfer type will appear on the screen.
- You have to merge all required documents in a single pdf file and upload the file when required.
- Now, click on the “Go ahead” option.
- After that, Enter all required information.
- Upload the required document file.
- Don’t forget to check the declaration box (if any).
- Next, click on the “submit button.”
- By doing this, you can apply for the transfer at the official Apana Khata e-Dharti Portal Rajasthan.

- You have to find the “Transfer status” or “नामांतरण की स्थिति ” option on the main navigation.
- Next, click on the “Transfer Status (नामांतरण की स्थिति).”
- Once done, the district-wise Transfer Status list will appear on the screen.
- By doing so, you can check the transfer status at the official portal.
