NTA CSIR UGC NET JRF December 2024 Notification [OUT]: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially released the notification for the Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR) UGC NET/JRF December 2024 Registration on 9th December 2024.

Eligible Candidates can now register & submit their online applications for NTA CSIR UGC NET/JRF December 2024 Notification on the official portal at csirnet.nta.ac.in. The application process begins on 9 December 2024 and closes on 30 December 2024.

The application fee can be paid online through debit card, credit card, net banking, or UPI only.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications (Short Details):

• Chemical Sciences, Life Sciences, Physical Sciences, Mathematical Sciences, and Earth, Atmospheric, Ocean & Planetary Sciences:
  • M.Sc. or equivalent degree with at least 55% marks for General/OBC candidates (50% for SC/ST/PH).
  • Integrated courses, B.E./B.Tech., B.Pharma, and MBBS candidates are also eligible.

Age Limit (as of 1 February 2025):

• Junior Research Fellowship (JRF): Maximum age is 30 years.
• Lectureship/Assistant Professor (NET): No upper age limit.

How to Apply for NTA CSIR UGC NET December 2024

Follow these steps to complete your application successfully:

Step1-Visit the Official Website: Candidates needs to visit the official Portal at csirnet.nta.ac.in and click on the “CSIR UGC NET December 2024 Registration” link.

Step2- click on New Candidate Register Here: If you’re a first-time applicant, click on “New Candidate Register Here.” Existing users can log in with their credentials.

Step3-Read Instructions carefully: All the candidates are advised to read all the instcrtions carefully.
After that, check the declaration box and click on the “Click Here to Proceed.”

Step4-Complete the New Candidate Registration Process: After that, candidate needs to provide all the required details to complete the registration process.

Step5-Duly Fill Out the Form: Now, Candidates needs to enter your personal, educational, and contact details and all other details.

Step6-Upload Documents: After that, please upload scanned copies of your photo, signature, and relevant ID proofs in the prescribed format.

Step7-Pay Application Fee: Pay the examination fee through the available online payment modes.

Step8-Submit the Application Form and Take a Print out: Once done, Verify all details before submission. Once submitted, take a printout of the confirmation page for future reference.
