By the MNSSBY initiative the State Government of Bihar aims to support unemployed youth (aged 20 to 25 years) in the state who are actively seeking employment by providing them with a monthly assistance of ₹1,000. Step2-Register as a New Applicant: After that, applicant needs to click on the “New Applicant Registration” tab.

Step3-Complete OTP Verification: Enter your name, email, Aadhaar number, and mobile number to receive an OTP for verification.

Step4-Complete Applicant Login: After verification, Applicants will get the email id and Password on the Registered email id/ Mobile Number. After that, log in using your newly created credentials.

Step5- Change Your Password: Now Applicant needs to change their Password. After that, click on the submit button.

Step6-Fill in Personal and Educational Details: Now Applicant needs Provide their personal details, address details and educational Qualifications.

Step7- Select The scheme: Now, applicant needs to select the scheme from dropdown menu which you want to apply. After that, click on the “Apply” button.

Step8-Submit Application And take a printout: After that, candidate needs to review and submit the application to receive a unique registration number.

Once done, your complete application form will appear on the screen. Please download the application form and take a printout.

Note: मुख्यमंत्री स्वयं सहायता भत्ता योजना एवं कुशल युवा प्रोग्राम के आवेदक ऑनलाइन आवेदन करने के 60 दिनों के अंदर अनिवार्य रूप से किसी भी कार्य दिवस को सुबह 10 बजे से शाम के 5 बजे के बीच जरुरी दस्तावेजों के साथ DRCC पहुँच कर दस्तावेजों का सत्यापन कराना सुनिश्चित करें ।
