Educational Qualification (Post-wise Highlights):
- Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Graduation in any discipline, proficiency in local language, and computer knowledge desirable.
- Officer Scale-I: Graduation in any discipline, preference to candidates with degrees in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Veterinary Science, IT, Law, Management, Economics, or Accountancy.
- Officer Scale-II (GBO): Graduation with minimum 50% marks and 2 years’ banking experience.
- Specialist Officers (IT, CA, Law, Marketing, Treasury, Agriculture): Specific degree/qualification with at least 1–2 years’ relevant experience.
- Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager): Graduation with 50% marks and minimum 5 years’ banking/finance experience.
