Bihar government launched the RTPS portal to provide services digitally to the resident of Bihar and to overcome the late and hectic conventional methods used to provide services before.
This portal reduces the efforts to get services by residents of Bihar and the burden on government officials, it also eliminates corruption and makes transparency in the public service system.
It comes under e-District Mission Mode project.
Use of RTPS Portal
As our country is moving to Digital India Bihar government has taken a step to follow the Digital India path and has launched the RTPS portal which serves the resident of Bihar by providing them a single platform to apply for and download all certificates online which are used to take benefits in government schemes and jobs.

HOW TO Register in RTPS Portal Bihar?
If you want to track your application processing status with Login to ServicePlus Application, first you need to register yourself in RTPS Portal.
- Go to the official website serviceonline.bihar.gov.in
- You will get home page, at top click “Citizen Section”.
- You will get a dropdown menu click “Register Yourself”.
- Now you will get Registration form like shown below.
- Fill your full name, email id, mobile no., set a password, select state.
- Fill captcha code and click “Submit” button.
- An OTP will send to your mobile number or email id with a link and you will also see a pop-up of validate.
- If you get OTP after some time then you can also validate through the link provided with message.
- Enter the OTP on the box and click “validate”.
- After that you will get success message then you will be able to login in RTPS Portal using mobile number or e-mail ID.

Note: – You need to register yourself first in RTPS portal to get Login ID.

- You will get new page click “Attach Annexure”.
- In next page choose your document which you want to upload click “Choose File” then ‘scan’.
- After uploading document click “Save Annexure”.

- Enter your details and login.

- Click “View Status of Application” and then click “Track Application Status” yow will see page like this
