IFHRMS Employees Login 2022: The state government of Tamil Nadu has launched an IFHRMS portal for the Govt employees and for the retired servicemen who are now on pension in the state.

IFHRMS stands for Integrated Financial and Human Resources Management System same as its name it manages employees and pensioners under the government and also manages financial payments/dues/allowances/pension provided to them by the government. It is a managing system that records the number of employees and pensioners and also takes care of the duplication and illegal payments.

• IFHRMS users should not share their login credentials like user ID and passwords with anyone/anywhere, as these are user-specific personal and confidential information, issued to them for IFHRMS application access and for performing transactions under their login name. The system registers all transactions date & time and updated user login details.
• Users are requested to change their default password issued to them on the first login in the IFHRMS portal. Users can get in touch with their associated DDOs or IFHRMS helpdesk to find out their default first login password.
• Users are requested to change their password frequently, using the reset password option in the IFHRMS portal. In case of any technical issues, users can get in touch with IFHRMS helpdesk.

If you want to login into IFHRMS follow the procedure given below.

• Go to the official website karuvoolam.tn.gov.in of the IFHRMS
• Next you will get homepage click “Login” option given on the top menu of webpage.
• On next page you will get login interface.

• Next chose whether you are an employee or a pensioner, then enter your ID and password and click “Sign in” button.
• After successful login you will get access to your profile and services provided to you.

Create new login password in IFHRMS user Id

if somehow you forgot your login password in IFHRMS, you can regenerate your new password just follow the simple procedure given below.

• Go to the official website karuvoolam.tn.gov.in of the IFHRMS
• Next you will get homepage click “Login” option given on the top menu of webpage.
• On next page you will get login interface.

• Next click on “Forget password” button given at last in login form.

• On next page chose your user type and then enter your user ID, fill the captcha code and then click “Verify” button.
• Next You will get new page follow the given required procedures and then set new password.

How to create challan and make payment in in IFHRMS TN

if you want to create your challan in IFHRS portal for offline or online payment then follow the follow the simple steps given below

• Go to the official website karuvoolam.tn.gov.in of the IFHRMS.
• Next you will get homepage click “Challan creation/payment” option given on the top right corner menu of webpage.

• You will get new page with challan you need to fill challan manually enter Remitter details, period details, Department details, Service Details, Payment Details.
• Next select payment method either online and offline.
• If you chose online method then select any one bank given on dropdown and then click “submit”.
• On next page you will get various payment option choose one according to you.

• After payment you get success message on your screen and you need to download your receipt.

How to download pay slip in IFHRMS

If you want to download your pay slip of any month in IFHRMS portal then follow the simple steps given below

• Go to the official website karuvoolam.tn.gov.in of the IFHRMS
• Next you will get homepage click “Login” option given on the top menu of webpage.
• On next page you will get login interface.

• Next chose whether you are an employee or a pensioner, then enter your ID and password and click “Sign in” button.
• Next you will get a new webpage you need to click on “Report” given on the top menu bar.

• On next page you will need to select your payment month from drop down menu after selecting click “Go”.
• Next you get your pay slip for the selected month to download pay slip click “Pay Statement”.

• Next you will get pop-up of download, then click “download”
• Next you need password to open the pay slip pdf, your password is your date of birth (example if your date of birth is 12 may 1989 then your password is 120589).

How to download annual pay statement slip 2022 in IFHRMS

If you want to download your pay slip of any month in IFHRMS portal then follow the simple steps given below

• Go to the official website karuvoolam.tn.gov.in of the IFHRMS
• Next you will get homepage click “Login” option given on the top menu of webpage.
• On next page you will get login interface.

• Next chose whether you are an employee or a pensioner, then enter your ID and password and click “Sign in” button.
• On next page you need to scroll down and click “IFHRMS”

• On next page you need to click “Home (GTN Finance)”

• On next page click “pay Roll” then click “Report”

• Then click “Pay Draw Particular Year Report (HTML)-New”.

• On next page on Parameter section your DDO is already filled you need to select financial year for which you want statement, enter employee number/id then click “continue” button.

• On next page click “submit” button

• Next you get pop-up click “ok”, then you will get a new page scroll down the page you will see documents details, to download the statement click “View Output” you will get a chrome html file on your download section.
