How to get an Encumbrance Certificate (EC) online on IGRS-AP?

  • Go to the official website of IGRS-AP registration.ap.gov.in.
  • Next, you will see the home screen of the Registration & Stamp Department AP.
  • Next, scroll down and then click on the “Encumbrance certificate (EC)” given in the Service section.

  • Next, you will get the JSP page, read the page carefully, and then click the “Submit” button.
  • Next, you will get a search form for the Encumbrance Certificate, you will search your EC through three methods.
  • First, by Document Number

In this, you need to enter the document number, year of Registration, SRO name/code, captcha code, and then, click on the “Submit” button.

If entered details are correct you will get EC details otherwise, a message of “Data Not Found”.

In this, you need to enter your Memo number, year of Registration, SRO name/code, captcha code, and then, click on the “Submit” button.

If entered details are correct you will get EC details otherwise, a message of “Data Not Found”.

In this you need to select your property district and enter the Applicant name, building details, open site/Agricultural lands details, boundary details, SRO details, period, captcha code, and then click the “submit” button.

  • Go to the official website of IGRS-AP registration.ap.gov.in.

  • Next, you will new page where you need to Choose Rates type that is either Agricultural or non- Agricultural, then choose a district, village, or Mandal, and then click “Submit”.
