MP Bhulekh 2024: Madhya Pradesh government provides an online platform to the citizens where they can know all details about a piece of land/ property registered under the Land Record and Survey Department of Madhya Pradesh. By its Khasra number (खसरा संख्या), Owners Name, and Plot number citizens can get Transaction details and Certified copy of Khasra and Khatuani/nakal (खसरा खतौनी/ नकल ), Land Parcel Map (भूमि का नक्शा), village Map easily online.

Khasra and Khatauni/ Nakal is used as a record while Purchase or sell of a Land/ property and taken as a proof of ownership durng land related matters in civil courts. You can also know about the latest mutation (दाखिल खारिज) of Land / property. MP Bhulekh contains and presents its 19 Districts’ land records. Services and Benefits of MP Bhulekh Portal

(a)Certified Copies: This Portal provides online services to get Certified copies of Khasra (खसरा), Khatauni (खतौनी), Nakl (नकल), Land Parcel map, Record room Documents, Revenue court order, case of land in civil court, details of loan and bails on land, payment of Land Revenue. These Certified copies are paid and used for official use or in courts.

(b) Un-Certified Copies: It also provides online services to get Un-Certified copies of Khasra (खसरा), Khatauni (खतौनी), Nakl (नकल), Land Parcel map, Record room Documents, Revenue court order, case of land in civil court, details of loan and bails on land, payment of Land Revenue. These Un-Certified copies are free and used for personal use.

Procedure to get Certified copy of Khasra, Khatuani(बी-1) and other documents

You should know tha Certfied copies of Khasra, Khatuani (बी-1) and Map are paid and used for official works only. If you want to see the details only of Khasra, Khatuani etc. then you can directly check them on the official website free of cost .

If you want a Certified copy of Khasra, Khatuani, Nakal, and Map and othe documents then follow the simple steps

• First, go to the official website of MP Bhulekh https://mpbhulekh.gov.in/Login.do
• Next, You will get the Home page of MP Bhulekh .
• Next, do Login using Login ID and Password. (If you do not have Login ID then you need to Regitster yourself on the MP Bhulekh Portla first. procedure given below)

• Next you will get a new page with your name at the top right corner.

• Next, you need to click on the “Copy of Land Records” for Khasra, Khatuani.

Choose Document which you want as a Certified Copy

• Next, you will get an new page where you need to select documnet which you want and other details. And then click on the “विवरण देखें“.

• Next, you wil get document details with the name of owner and you need to check the checkbox, and then click on the “”खसरा जोड़ें”.

• Next, you will get a new table like this

• Next, choose number of copies you want and then click on the “आवेदन करें“.
• Next, you will get a new page and you need to select required details and then click on the “आवेदन जमा करो“.

• Next, you will get a new page and you need to click on the “भुगतान करें” for paying fees of certified copy.
• After, payment click on the “Home” and the on the home page click on the “Certified Copy Download“.
• Next, you will a new page to download the Certified copy.

MP Bhulekh Registration and set Login ID and Password

You can see and download un-Certified copies without doing Registration on the portal but for Certified copies, you must Register yourself on the MP Bhulekh portal. Below are the simple steps to Register you self on the portal.

• First, go to the official website of MP Bhulekh https://mpbhulekh.gov.in/Login.do
• Next, You will get the Home page of MP Bhulekh and on the right side a link “Register as Public User” below login form.

• Next, you will get a Reistration page where you need to fill in all the required details like a unique ID for you, Name, Father’s Name, Address details, email id, mobile number, and then click on the “Send OTP” button.

• Next, you will get an OTP on your mobile number/ emial. And you need to enter this OTP on the screen and then fill in the Captcaha code and click on the “Register” button.
• Next, you will get a Thanks Message on your Screen and your Login Id and Password on your mobile number / emial. And you need to click on “Home” link.
• Next, you will get the home scree and you need to enter your Login ID, Password, and Captch code and then click on the “Submit” button.
• Next, you will get a page to reset your password. For this entre old Password and then enter a new password, confirm password and then click on the “Change Password” button.

• Next, you will be redirected to the home page.
