[MP] Chief minister Ladli Behna yojana2024: Ladli Behna Yojana is a great initiative by the state government of Madhya Pradesh designed to support and empower the women from poor families. This scheme provides financial assistance (INR1000/ Month) using DBT(Direct bank Transfer) to the beneficiary , aiming to to ensure economic independence of women, continuous improvement in women and their children’s health and nutritional status and strengthening their role in family decisions.
The state govt of Madhya Pradesh has launched the scheme on January 28, 2023. By this scheme, state govt of MP(Madhya Pradesh) empowering the women & their children from the poor families, those have annual household income not higher than INR 2.5 Lakh.
After the success of Ladli Behna scheme, recently the state govt of Maharashtra announced Ladla Bhai Yojana to the welfare of the boys.

Eligibility criteria For CM Ladli Behna Scheme
- The applicant should be permanent resident of Madhya Pradesh.
- Married women, which will also include widows, divorced and abandoned women.
- Age Limit : (21-59)Must have completed 21 years as on 01 January in the calendar year of application and must be less than 60 years of age.
- Financial status: Applicant annual household income should be not more the INR 2.5 lakh. Whose self/family combined self-declared annual income is more than Rs 2.5 lakh will not be eligible for the scheme.
- Whose own/any family member is an income tax payer will not be eligible for the scheme.
- Whose self/any member of the family is employed as a regular/permanent employee/contractual employee in any Government Department/Undertaking/Division/Local Body of the Government of India or State Government or is receiving pension after retirement will not be eligible for this scheme.
- Applicant (women) must have personal bank account , joint account will not be accepted.

- First, Visit the official website www.cmladlibahna.mp.gov.in.
- On the homepage, find the section labeled ‘Application & Payment Status’ and click on it.
- After that please enter the application number and captcha code.
- Once done, enter the OTP and click on the Search button.
- By doing so your Payment status will appear on the screen.
How to Check the Ladli Behna Yojana Final List
- Go to the official website www.cmladlibahna.mp.gov.in of Madhya Pradesh State Govt.
- Click on ‘Final List’ at navigation on the homepage.
- After that, enter your mobile number and captcha code.
- Now, click on the “Get OTP” option.
- After that, enter the OTP and click on submit button.
- Once done, the final list of the scheme will appear on the screen.
How to Apply Online for Mukhyamantri Ladli Behna Yojana 2024
- Application forms will be available at Gram Panchayat/Ward Office/Camp site. Applicant can visit one of these to get appplication form.
- The application form will be entered in the Ladli Behna portal/app at the camp site/Gram Panchayat/ward office.
- Once done, photograph of the woman will be taken during entry of the application form.
- The online application number received after submission of the application form will be recorded in the acknowledgment and given to the applicant.

Pre-Application Preparations
All the applicants who wants to apply for the scheme needs to prepare following –
- Aadhaar Samagra e-KYC
- Personal Bank Account: The Female applicant make sure that they have personal bank account because joint back account is not accepted in the scheme. The state Govt wants to make sure that the financial support goes to the beneficiary bank account using DBT.
- Bank account should be linked with the Aadhar and DBT should be activated in the woman’s own bank account.
How to do Aadhar Samagra e-KYC
- Applicants can get their complete e-KYC done by visiting any ration shop, MP Online Centre, CSC kiosk near them.
- For this, the Applicants will not have to pay any amount, the government is giving Rs 15 directly to the kiosk for each e-KYC.

Answer: No, the scheme is only for married/divorced/widow/abandoned women.
