MP Samagra ID Portal: Madhya Pradesh government provides a portal to its resident called Samagra Portal, this portal provides online services for residents to register for Samagra ID or update details in Samagra ID which helps them further access the government schemes under the state government.

With the help of Samagra Id government ensures the schemes avail to the eligible person and stops illegal beneficiaries.

This portal is under Samagra Samajik Suraksha Mission (SSSM).

Overview

What is Samagra ID / SSSM ID?

Samagra ID is a unique ID provided to all the residents of Madhya Pradesh who are registered in the State Population Register.

The detailed information of the family and its members, in this Population Register, is available on the portal such as caste, class, religion, names of the family members, name of the head of the family, whether the family falls under the poverty line, their age, gender, marital status, area of work, educational level, disability, savings account information.

Samagra ID is a free ID for all the residents of the state to apply online for government schemes using the Samagra Portal/SSSM.

Types of Samagra ID/ SSSM ID

• Samagra ID is provided to a single person and to the whole family, each person and family have a unique ID.
• Samagra Id of Family is 8-digit unique ID describes the whole family as a single entity.
• Samagra ID of individual IS 9-digit unique ID its first 8 digits depict family and last digit depict the individual of that family.

Benefits of Samagra ID/ SSSM ID

Beneficiary had to also submit applications, again and again, to take the benefits of the schemes and repeatedly submit his identity and documents/certificates related to the scheme, like Caste, Income, Domicile, etc.

To eliminate this recursive process by beneficiaries government stores the above details of all residents registered in a single Samagra portal/SSSM.

Samagra ID is a free ID for all the residents of the state, used by the eligible beneficiary to get all access to the schemes provided by the Government like Scholarship (for Schools), Food provision at low rates under the Public Distribution System (PDS), Insurance, All Pension Schemes, Marriage Assistance, Ex-gratia, National Family Assistance Scheme, Aam Aadmi Benefit of insurance and maternity leave assistance, etc.

How to search Samagra ID in Samagra Portal MP/SSSM ID?

If you want to search either member Samagra ID or Family Samagra ID at Samagra Portal follow the steps.

1. Go to the official website samagra.gov.in
2. You will see home page of the official website.
3. Go to “Search Samagra ID” menu.
4.  You will get Many options for searching Samagra ID either for family or for single member.
5. Choose options according to you either formember or for family Samagra ID.
6. A new page will appear on the screen fill & submit the required details and get theSamagra ID.

Documents Required for Registration in Samagra Portal/SSSM

1. Active mobile number.

How to Register Family Member in Samagra Portal MP/SSSM?  

If you want to register a family member in the Samagra portal MP follow the steps given below

• Go to the official website or samagra.gov.in.
• You will see home page of the official website.
• Go to the “Register family/ Member in Samagra” menu.
• You will see many options in menu.
• Click at “Register new member through e-KYC”.
• Next screen will appear scroll down you will see a form given below

• Fill the Samagra Family ID two times and fill the captcha code and click “Get Family Details”.
• Then you see a new screen with a form given below

• Now you see your family details and member name in new page scroll down and click “Add Member”.
• Now you see a new form given below fill the from with required details and click “Add Member in Family”.

• You will see new page as given below

•  scroll down the page fill document detail and upload your document, then click “Register Member Request”.

• You will get OTP on your number, fill the OTP and captcha code and click “Confirm your request”.

• you will get ‘success message’ on next page and required to fill captcha code only.
• After filling Captcha code click “Get Member Details”.
• Now you will get ‘success message’ and “Request Id” note the request ID.
• Your family member will be added after some time by local authority.

How to Register Family in Samagra Portal MP/ SSSM? 

If you want to register a family in the Samagra portal MP follow the steps given below

• Go to the official website at samagra.gov.in
• You will see home page of the official website.
• Go to the “Register family/ Member in Samagra” menu.
• You will see many options in menu.
• Click at “Family Registration”.
• You will see a form on new screen as given below

• First fill the ‘Permanent address details’ then fill the personal ‘information of head of the family’.
• Then upload required document of ‘head of the family’.
•  Add another member by clicking “Add member” you will see a new pop up as shown below

• Fill the details of member required and click “Add Member in Family”.
• You will get new pop up to upload new member document, upload the documents and submit it.
• Now your family member is added.
• If you want to add more family members repeat the steps from number 9.
• If all family member is added fill the captcha code and click “Register Application”.
• You will get OTP on head’s mobile number fill the OTP and captcha code on screen and submit.
• Now you will get another screen fill the captcha code and then submit.
• You will see success message on the screen with request ID.
• Save request id for further use you will get SSSM Id on your mobile otherwise you will go to the local Gram Panchayat Secretary or to the ward in-charge to get your Samagra ID.

How to download Samagra Id / SSMP ID

• Go to the official website at samagra.gov.in
• You will see home page of the official website.
• Go to the “Register family/ Member in Samagra” menu.
• You will see many options in menu.
• Click at “Print Samagra card” for whole family Or
• Click at “print Member Samagra Card” for single member.
• You will get new Page enter the Samagra ID of family and fill the captcha code.
• Click on “Print Samagra card” you will get Samagra Card and print option.
• If you want to download Samagra Card click on “print” button.

How to seed Aadhar card to Samagra ID/ SSSM ID

• Go to the official website at samagra.gov.in
• You will see home page of the official website.
• Go to the “Register family/ Member in Samagra” menu.
• You will see many options in menu.
• Click at “Do Aadhar e- KYC”.
• You will see a form like this

• Fill your Samagra ID, Aadhar linked mobile number, fill the captcha and click “Request to Get OTP”.
• You will get OTP, enter the OTP, captcha code and submit it after checking your profile.

• Next you will find a new page here your authentication has done by using Aadhar linked mobile number or figure prints choose first option as given below

• Click the first radio button enter captcha code and click “Request OTP from Aadhar”
• you will get an OTP on your Aadhar linked number enter the OTP and fill captcha code and then submit.

• You will get a pop up with message given below

• Click ‘close’ you will find a screen here it says to change sex, age and Date of Birth according to Aadhar

• If you want these changes again fill the mobile number and captcha code and submit it otherwise untick the blue check box and submit.
• You will get a pop message of ‘successfully registered’ like given below

• Now your Samagra ID is updated according to your Aadhar and Aadhar details are updated in Your Samagra ID successfully.
