Pay e challan at Virtual Court: Virtual court is a portal provided by the judicial department under e-court services for the disposal of e-challan and fine cases. It also provides to contest the case of e-challan if challan is done wrongly by traffic police. A summons is provided by the portal after choosing the contest and the case is transferred to regular court where you need to go physically on dates mentioned in the summons.

• After choosing state you need to choose your district.

• You will find online conference link there with some details, choose the appropriate conference link.
• After clicking conference link either you will get join option or it will say to download some application to join the conference.
•  After joining the court conference please mute your voice until your turns come.

• You are here to pay challan so choose either 1^st or 3^rd option.
• And fill the number or chassis and engine number and verify.

• You will get you challan details like this

• Proceed with net-payment.

• Choose payment method and pay your fine.
• After payment you will get fine receipt.

• Now you may check your e challan status through echallan.parivahan.gov.in
• If your challan status not updated after submitting fine don’t worry it will be updated within 2 to 3 days.

How to Re Print the Fine Payment Receipt?

If you want to re-print the fine payment receipt at the virtual court Portal then follow the below process-

• First, you have to visit the official Portal.
• Next, select the state from the drop-down menu.
• After that, you have to search case using the “mobile number” or “CNR Number” or “Party Name” or “vehicle Number” or “challan number.”
• Next, click on view case option.
• After that click on the “Reprint” option.
• Once done, verify the OTP using the mobile Number.
• You will get the Payment receipt on your screen.
• After that click on “Print” option.
• By doing so, you can Reprint the fine Payment receipt.

How to View my summon at virtual court

If you want to view “Summon” at the official portal then follow the below process-

• First, you have to visit the official Portal.
• Next, select the state from the drop-down menu.
• After that, you have to search case using the “mobile number” or “CNR Number” or “Party Name” or “vehicle Number” or “challan number.”
• Once done, click on view case option.
• After that, click on “pay fine,” under this section click on “request to contest.”
• Once done, verify the OTP using mobile number.
• Next, click on the “View Summon” option.
• By doing so, you can View “My Summon” at the virtual court Portal.
