• Next, you will get a verification form, you need to enter the details like your Aadhaar number, Mandal, District, and mobile number then click “आवेदन/संशोधन करें”.

• Next, you will get OTP on your mobile number, enter the OTP on the screen and then click “प्रमाणित करें”.
• Next, you will get a new page with the registration form, enter your full name, Aadhaar card, ration card if have one, father and mother name, occupation, gender, date of birth, marital status, age, cast, email, mobile no, postal address, permanent address, working days in one year, tick if worked in MNREGA, nominee details, bank details.
• Next, you need to upload your photo, Self-attested copy of your Aadhar card, Self-attested Bank passbook details copy, and Employment Certificate/Self Declaration Letter (file size up to 100kb, in png, jpeg, jpg format).
• Next, add family member details one by one click “add” to add a new family member.
• Next tick on all declarations after reading carefully.
• Next click “पंजीकरण करें”
• You will get a new page and your registration number will be generated successfully.
