Maharashtra Maza Ladka Bhau Yojana: Under the Maza Ladka Bhau Scheme, the state government of Maharashtra will provide Practical job Training, internship (with stipend via Direct Bank Transfer (DBT)) to the youths (boys) as per the beneficiary’s qualifications –

• 12th Pass: ₹6,000 per month
• ITI/Diploma: ₹8,000 per month

Objective: To make candidates employable through practical training with entrepreneurs.

Financial Provision:

• A budget of ₹5500 crore will be allocated for the Mukhyamantri Yuva Karya Prashikshan Yojana(CMYKPY).

Scheme Overview:

• Entrepreneurs will be provided with the necessary workforce through practical training.

Implementing Agency: Commissionerate of Skill Development, Employment, & Entrepreneurship, Maharashtra State.

Key Features of the Scheme:

• Eligible candidates with 12th Pass, ITI, Diploma, Graduate, and Post-Graduate qualifications can register online at https://rojgar.mahaswayam.gov.in.
• Large projects, industries, startups, and various establishments can post their workforce requirements on the same website.
• Approximately 10 lakh job training opportunities will be available each financial year through this scheme.
• The duration of the training will be 6 months, during which candidates will receive a government-sanctioned stipend.
• The stipend will be directly transferred to the beneficiary’s bank account (DBT).

Eligibility for Establishments/Entrepreneurs:

• The establishment/industry must be operational in Maharashtra.
• The establishment/entrepreneur should be registered on https://rojgar.mahaswayam.gov.in.
• The establishment/industry should have been in existence for at least 3 years.
• The establishment/industry must be registered under EPF, ESIC, GST, Certificate of Incorporation, DPIT, and Udyog Aadhar.

Eligibility for Candidates:

• The candidate’s age should be between 18 and 35 years.
• The minimum educational qualification should be 12th Pass/ITI/Diploma/Graduate/Post-Graduate.
• The candidate must be a resident of Maharashtra.
• The candidate should have an Aadhar registration.
• The candidate’s bank account should be linked with Aadhar.
• The candidate must register on https://rojgar.mahaswayam.gov.in.

Stipend Details According to Educational Qualification:

• 12th Pass: ₹6,000 per month
• ITI/Diploma: ₹8,000 per month
• Graduate/Post-Graduate: ₹10,000 per month

• Government and Semi-Government Establishments:
  • Government and semi-government establishments, including Municipal Corporations, Panchayats, and other local bodies, are included under this scheme.
  • Institutions like agricultural and non-agricultural universities also qualify for participation.
• Private Sector Establishments:
  • Private sector entities, including large, medium, and small industries, as well as private educational institutions, are eligible to participate.
• Online Registration for Entrepreneurs/Establishments:
  • Interested entrepreneurs or establishments must ensure they meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the government resolution before registering online at https://rojgar.mahaswayam.gov.in.
  • Required documents need to be scanned and uploaded during registration. Upon successful verification, a login ID and password will be provided.
• Vacancy Posting:
  • Entrepreneurs and establishments can post job vacancies online through their login credentials on the same website.
  • The website provides guidelines on how to determine the number of vacancies based on the total workforce.
• Trainee Selection and Enrollment:
  • Trainee candidates will be selected and enrolled based on eligibility, with the selection process detailed on the website.
  • Trainees must be between 18 and 35 years old and should not have previously benefited from the NAPS/MAPS schemes.
• Stipend and Attendance:
  • Trainees are eligible for a stipend based on their educational qualifications, provided they have a minimum of 20 days of attendance per month. The stipend will be disbursed via Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).
  • Employers must maintain daily attendance records and update them on the portal.
• Stipend Disbursement Process:
  • The disbursement process includes checks by Assistant Commissioners and other relevant authorities to ensure the correctness of attendance and stipend calculation.
  • The stipend will be directly transferred to the trainee’s Aadhaar-linked bank account by the 10th of each month.
• Social Security and Labor Laws:
  • Trainees under this scheme are not considered employees under various labor laws, such as the Employees’ Provident Fund Act, the Workmen’s Compensation Act, and others. This exempts employers from certain statutory contributions.
• Certification:
  • Upon completion of the training, the participating establishment will issue a certificate of completion to the trainee.
• Eligibility for Small Enterprises:
  • Startups and small enterprises with less than 20 employees, or those not registered under EPF/ESIC, are not eligible to participate in the scheme.

Step1: Visit The Official Portal:

• First visit the official Portal at https://rojgar.mahaswayam.gov.in/#/home/index.
• After that, navigate and click on the “Registration” option.
• A new application form will appear in the screen.

Step 2: Fill The registration Form

• Personal Details: Applicant needs to enter personal details as per the Aadhaar Card.

• Validate Aadhar: Make sure you have duly filled above information as per Aadhaar card. and Once done click on the “Next” option.
•  Validate your mobile number using OTP: Now you will get an OTP on the registered mobile number, verify the OTP and click on “Confirm” option.

• Add Qualification Details: Now add your educational qualification details in the required field.
• Upload Documents: After that, Upload required documents (if required).
• set password to complete your registration process: Now setup the password for your account which will used to login at the official portal. And submit the application form.

• Navigate the login section.

• Now Enter your Aadhaar card/ registration Number and Password
• After that verify the captcha code (if required)
